Criteria for assessment

    
 
Assessment is carried out by a variety of means, including, among others, an unseen examination, multimedia demonstrations and presentations, workbooks and application design and development. Further details of assessment methods are given in the module descriptions.

The criteria for the assessment of students' work include:

  • adequate breadth of understanding of the topics covered in the course as a whole
  • adequate depth of understanding of the topics selected by individual students
  • ability to evaluate critically theoretical and practical issues involved Mobile Applications Development
  • attainment of adequate design and development skills to create websites of a professional standard
  • attainment of a professional standard of work, including oral and written presentational aspects and R&D skills

The following is the assessment which must be passed in each module.
