Most of the current big names in French popular music have contributed to this album to raise money for "Sida Solidarité" which is an organisation that campaigns for greater awareness of and tolerance towards AIDS sufferers. It is at the same time a charitable organisation and a militant campaigning organisation against prejudice. Every year they organise a big concert and release an album. The theme of this year's work has been "Solidarity with Africa"
