Outlined HERE are the
research active staff in the Department. In the 1996 national research
assessment exercise, the UK Higher Education Funding Council awarded us ratings
denoting national excellence for our research in Politics, International Studies
and History.
The Department also works closely with The Women’s Library, which is based at
London Mteropolitan University and houses one of the most important research collections
of feminist history in Europe.
